01.디자인 (Design)

모든 제품은 3D 디자인에서 시작됩니다. 형태의 비례와 균형, 착용감을 면밀히 고려하여 설계를 마친 뒤, 고해상도 레진 프린팅을 통해 물리적인 프로토타입을 구현합니다. 이 정교한 설계 단계가 ROB의 모든 작품을 지탱하는 본질적인 기초가 됩니다.

Every piece begins with a 3D design process, carefully considering proportions and balance before transforming into a high-resolution physical prototype.

02.주조 (Casting)

완성된 프로토타입은 스털링 실버(Ag 925)를 사용한 전통적인 주조 과정을 거칩니다. 녹아내린 은이 틀을 채우는 순간, 화면 속에 머물던 형태는 비로소 실체를 갖게 됩니다. 디자인에 담긴 작은 의도들까지 그대로 옮겨져 하나의 작품으로 완성됩니다.

The prototype is cast in sterling silver (Ag 925) using a traditional casting process. As molten silver fills the mold, a form that once existed only on screen begins to take physical shape. Every detail and intention embedded in the design is faithfully carried through, resulting in a finished piece.

03.피니싱 (Finishing)

제품의 완성도는 손끝에서 결정됩니다. 표면의 질감과 세밀한 마감, 그리고 전체적인 균형을 핸드 피니싱으로 조정하여 우리 브랜드가 지향하는 깊이 있는 분위기를 완성합니다. 수작업을 통해 비로소 각기 다른 표정을 가진 작품이 태어납니다.

Each piece is refined by hand. Surface textures and overall balance are adjusted to achieve the intended character and atmosphere for the final work.

04.Record of Behavior

ROB의 공정은 제품이 완성되는 순간 끝나지 않습니다. 오히려 고객의 일상 속에서 새로운 장이 시작됩니다. 사용하며 남게 되는 작은 흔적과 미세한 흠집, 시간이 흐르며 깊어지는 실버의 색감은 그 자체로 개인의 기록이 됩니다. ROB는 이러한 흔적들을 단순히 낡아가는 것이 아닌, 당신의 삶이 남긴 '진실한 증거'라고 믿습니다.

The ROB process does not end when a piece is completed. The process continues in your daily life. Small marks and the natural patina of silver become a personal archive—authentic evidence of your journey.
